I'm not complicated, and neither are my rules. Nevertheless please accept the following few conditions:

• Especially online classes require prepayment.
• If you cancel your booking, the following fees will be charged:
• • Cancellation up to 14 days before course start: 50 % of the course fee
  • Cancellation 13 days or less before course start: 100 % of the course fee
• Booked lessons must be completed within 6 months after booking. Otherwise they'll expire and no refund will be given. If your absence is justified - written prove is required -, I won't let you down of course.
• Should you not be able to attend a lesson we agreed on, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. We will then postpone the lesson. If you're absent without prior notice (no show) or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be lost. No refund and no replacement lesson will be granted.
• I don't refund any tuition fees (exceptions see third paragraph). Sign up for a free trial lesson to test me. Please think before you book. Thank you!
• I'm neither responsible nor liable for technical problems such as software or internet failure. Should such things happen, we'll find an appropriate solution.
